Phase II Treatment Goals Total Facial Harmony 12 – 15 years old Takes 14 – 24 months Align and coordinate all 28 permanent teeth 12 year molars especially important Coordinate adult teeth and joints Health of joints, gums and bone, muscles Ideal adult dental / facial esthetics Stability of teeth and joints Lifetime health and beauty of natural teeth

Phase III treatment: Combined orthodontic and orthognathic surgical correction of underlying skeletal discrepancies.
